I just wanted to share with all of you my experience with on-line translation.
Let me begin by saying I don't speak Spanish, but I have always liked Latin music, Bachata in particular, and "Hoja en Blanco," by Monchy and Alejandra is one of my favorites. (Burbujas de Amor #1)
Of course, I'm guessing, but to me, hoja en blanco means, something in or on white. I say, "something" because I don't know the meaning of the word, "hoja."
Anyway, tonight I thought I would finally discover the meaning of, "hoja en blanco." Well, the Google Translator gave me, "blank sheet" and Yahoo Babelfish spit back, "leaf in target."
I think it's safe to say that on-line translators are no threat to those of you with careers in translation. :)
