This may be a long-shot and I don’t need anything translated yet, but does anyone know where I can request a copy of a death certificate from Caracas, Venezuela? I’ve been looking at websites like this http://www.caracas.gob.ve/ , http://www.alcaldiamayor.gob.ve/ and I haven’t found anything- mainly because I don’t speak Spanish. Any help is appreciated. Thanks!
