Yes, it is Dutch and not German.

It actually does not make real sense to me, but free translation would be:

"What do you think to do and what is your business?"

The sentence is not right, that’s why Mario said it made no real sense to him.
It should probably read :
Wat denkt U over het te doen, en wat is uw business ?
i.e. what do you think about doing it, and what is your business ?
or
Wat denkt U te doen, en wat is uw business ?
i.e. what do you plan to do, and what is your business.
