    Default Error!

    Hi everyone!
    I'm trying to clean up a file using Workbench's tool but it says that Trados can't process RTF format..which is not true and the file is not .rtf, it is a .doc

    Do you know why I get that message and how to solve it?

    Jut save your doc file as rtf and you won't have more problems.
