Anybody out there like Leonard Cohen?
He is my all time favorite. I am ready to dig into this guy's work.

Yes, of course.. I like this guy, this music is very good. But he is not so famous worldwide ? In Europe, not so much..

I do not want to sound selfish, but over the years, I have enjoyed the fact that he is almost unknown. He is one of the greatest of all times.

The man with the velvet voice! There are some singers that are able to perform in a way that they make each piece unique, like a small work of art with a structure that can stand by itself. I think Cohen is a master of that art. And I think to do so it is essential to release records not when the contract forces you to do it but whenever you have something to say. Could that be what makes the difference between an artist and a mere singer?

Hi!

I discovered Leonard Cohen's music through Rufus Waiwright who is one of my favorite singer/composers. He's actually a big fan of LC's and and I think he's very talented indeed :-)
