    Default China

Folks, I am thinking of planning on perhaps considering a trip to China next year (after the Olympics). If I go, I am definitely going to Beijing, but everything else is quite up in the air. Does anyone here have any experience in traveling to China? Words of wisdom? Recommendations?

I've never been to China, so I can't help you on this one...The only thing I can think of is giving you my blessing, crossing fingers and wishing you the best... By the way, let us know how it went when you return!!!

    Default Bali?

As we are in the early planning stages of everything, the prospect of traveling to Bali has now arisen...is there anyone in this beautiful world who might be able to share wisdom on that tropical destination?

    Thank you!

    Default Go!!

I´ve been working and travelling around China for about 5 months.
China and Chinese people are just GREAT!!

I´ve been working in Jiangsu province, in a "small" town (there´s no such a thing in China!!) close to Nanjing; and I´ve been in Beijing, Shanghai, and I´ve been travelling south west, and south east on the train!

    AWESOME!!

Chinese people so so so friendly!!

China, I don't know much about. I just heard that Sra. Clinton feels Lil' Bush should boycott the opening ceremonies of the Olympics bc of Tibet. The U.S. will not stand for abuses of power!

Bali I imagine to be wonderful. I have heard of great surf, low prices, friendly people (minus Kuta surf jocks). Best of luck wherever you decide to go!

There are many different dialects in China. Chinese foods are good.
