Default Recipe book

hi guys!
I have been living in Argentina for a while now and I want to put together a book of recipes with classic Argentine dishes for my family back at home. Any suggestions?

Default Blanca Cota!!!

She´s a MUST!! she´s the best ever cook for Argentinean food!!
and she´s easy to read, to follow... you have pics in the book, etc.

She´s been giving recipes in Clarin Sunday newspaper for ages, and some time ago, Clarin came out with a kind of ´special weekly edition´jaja.
I have them all!!
