Interpreting
Interpreting is definitely veery stressful, because you have to produce all the time and you have no time to think, like you do in translations. Plus, unlike translation, you cannot reread your production.
We all know that and in general, people are very understanding.

I don't know where I read it is the most stressful profession there is... (I don't like quoting without reference, but you see the point)-

I can't tell about being the MOST because I don't know about the others, but one thing for sure it is VERY stressful. Sometimes, the audience won't even look at the speaker but just the interpreter and you feel as if everyone would be sticking their eyes into yours!!! it takes steel nerves...:eek:
