Default Cuál es la diferencia entre realizar un pedido y registrar un pedido ? (comercial)

    Tengo bien claro que :

to book an order = registrar un pedido

to place an order= realizar un pedido

¿cuál es la diferencia entre registrar y realizar en este contexto comercial? gracias

    Hi Blonda!
In broad outline, I consider there is no difference between the two words.

The only difference would be that "registrar" sounds more appropriate when "el pedido" is done through a software or web system. And "realizar" may have a wider connotation since it could be used both when you place an order through a web system and when you do it by phone for instance.

    Hope it helps!
