Jokes What’s more difficult to translate than a joke? Two jokes! If there is one thing that is difficult to translate, it's jokes. Although, they can provide a nice five-minute break.

Wink One Liners

How cool are one liners? Short, concise, unexpected, funny. You can read a lot of jokes in 5 seconds.

Here are some geek one liners, who has more?

- I would love to change the world, but they won't give me the source code.
- Tis better to have debugged and lost, than never to have compiled at all.
- The best Windows accelerator is that which works at 9.81m/s2
- With Windows you pay for the OS and get the T-shirts for free. With Linux, you get the OS for free and pay for the T-Shirts.
- “640K ought to be enough for anybody.” - Bill Gates, 1981 (this one is actually true!)
- <beer>Happiness</beer>
- Computers make very fast, very accurate mistakes.
- Microsoft gives you Windows... Linux gives you the whole house.
- Microsoft: "You've got questions. We've got dancing paperclips."

Default One liners in Spanish?

Hi, everyone!

I love one liners, but I don't think we have those in Spanish... (BTW, I'm from Argentina). Do you think we can call all the jokes that start with "no es lo mismo" one liners?

Here are some examples:

No es lo mismo la tormenta se avecina, que la vecina se atormenta.
No es lo mismo los perros de Charles Boy que, voy a echarles los perros.
No es lo mismo, me río en el baño que me baño en el río.

Tell me what you think!

Ines,
I think your "no es el mismo" one-liners are good.
Is there a Spanish word for "one-liners" ?

One of my favourites :
Is it true that cannibals don't eat clowns because they taste funny ?
