Se me ocurre que la traducción al inglés depende de como se le dice al Cricket en inglés

Un hombre le dice en voz baja a una mujer sentada frente al casquete de su difunto marido
"¿Le molestaría si pronuncio una palabras?"
    "No hay problema, pase"
El hombre se para frente al altar se da vuelta y vocifera: "PLÉTORA, PROFUSIÓN" y baja del altar.
Al pasar al lado de la mujer ella dice: "Gracias, eso significa mucho"
Something to be said about this joke is that it actually teaches me 2 words, because in the attempt to translate this joke and localize it to Argentinian spanish the phrase "Can I say a word?" is more similar to the spanish saying "¿Puedo decir/pronunciar unas palabras?" Therefore adding the plural and finding yet another seldom-used word to say "a lot".
