    Question Confirming translation

I´m translating a letter but I've got many doubts about what would be the best option in Spanish for this "The more you know in your heart the more you will become like him"

I woud say Cuanto más conozcas de Él en tu corazón, actuaras más como Él"

    However, I´m not sure.

    Thanks in advance

    Hullo Joulin,
I would translate it in this way "Cuanto mas sepas de él en tu corazón´, tanto mas querras ser como él."
    Hope it be helpful.

"The more you know in your heart the more you will become like him"

Cuanto más sepas en tu corazón, más te parecerás a él.

Porque no dice en inglés "the more you know about him"... y además tampoco dice que vos querrás ser como él, si no que "you´ll become like him" te guste o no...

    qué opina el resto?

    Hi joulin,

I think I had replied to this thread before but I don't find my post.
    Anyway, here goes my version...

Mientras más seas capaz de sentir como El, más cerca de El estarás.

You had previously told me Him refers to God. In Spanish it is not common to say that "te parecerás a El (Dios)", it is more common to say "estarás cerca de El" eventhough the English is completely different.
    What do you think?
Realmente, el destino del mundo depende, en primer lugar, de los estadistas y, en segundo lugar, de los intérpretes.
