Mira, me parece que hace falta contexto para cada una de tus expresiones.
Una expresión siempre se integra en un contexto. Porque sin este contexto, una expresión puede querer decir varias cosas.
Por eso, creo que los miembros te agradecerán si podes agregar un poco de contexto a cada unas de tus expresiones.

Mientras llega mas contexto o mas ideas, por aqui hay algunas opciones

Tengo mis esperanzas puestas en ....

- everything is up in the air: dependiendo del contexto puede significar que todo es incierto /inseguro o que todo es fantasioso o ilusorio (sentido metafórico) Todo está en el aire
