Re: Hello! Can someone please translate for an Aussie?!
My try:
Come on... don't be shy. You know you can't wait to get an answer to your important question.
Pherhaps you've already solved it (you know the answer). Well, there must be something else you would like to ask!
Don't worry...

gday Jane... aussie to aussie expat here!
Farao seemed on track, and may be right, however depending on formal/informal style, or typos (there are a few), if this is a scrappy email or the like, there remains a small possibility that it could also mean:
Come on... don't be shy. You know he/she can't wait to get an answer to his/her important question.
Perhaps you've already resolved it. Well, there must be something else he/she wishes to ask!
Don't worry...
... if they are asking the reader to not be shy, it sort of implies the reader the one yet to release the info.
... sad about the fires, have been watching from here on the net, such is the aussie bush and its only gunna get worse in years to follow
cheers mate.
