It's five o' clock somewhere???

I hope someone can help me.

Recently a friend of mine had asked me if there was a spanish phrase that equals "It's five o' clock somewhere". I kept thinking and I told her that I would do some research because nothing came to my mind. Usually I'm pretty good traslating phrases but this time I've failed. Any suggestions? I don't need the explicit translation because I know what it means (Son las cinco en punto en algun lugar). I need phrases in spanish that we may use when we want to justify when we want to start drinking early during the day.
