I am not quite familiar with this term, but I think it is a type of content researched translation, like for instance PUNs for marketing/sales purposes. Am I right titodejota?
According to Wikipedia: Transcreation is a term used chiefly by advertising and marketing professionals to refer to the process of adapting a message from one language to another, while maintaining its intent, style, tone and context.
But I'm sure titodejota can give us a more practical definition of this term.
