Impartirse
Se impartió por parte del personal de la fundación una de estas conferencias cuyo titulo corresponde a "La ingeniería mediterránea de los siglos XIV al XVII, instrumentación y técnicas de levantamiento"
My attempt:
One of these conferences whose title corresponds to “the Mediterranean engineering of XIV to the XVII centuries , instrumentation and techniques of rise” was imparted by part of the Foundation staff.

Re: Impartirse
I looked up "impartir" in the spanish-english dictionary and it was translated as "to give"... Impart does exist, but I'm not really sure if it's used a lot... Perhaps it's too formal... But I think that, when talking about conferences or lectures, they say "to give a lecture/conference", I believe it's more natural...
Hope this helps! :)

Re: Impartirse
Mi intento:
One of these conferences, entitled Mediterranean Engineering from the Fourteenth to the Seventeenth Century: Instrumentation and Techniques for ????, was given by staff from the foundation.
What is the context for "levantamiento"? Does it have something to do with surveying or mapping? Maybe "Instrumentation and Techniques for Surveying"?
Also, maybe "Engineering in the Mediterranean..." would be better.

Re: Impartirse
'Surveying' is adequate. 'Give a conference', too. Thanks a lot.
