Hi Mike. The phrase you're looking for is "no manches", or literally, "don't stain". It's a cleaner version of the summarily Mexican phrase "no mames", or literally, "don't suck tit." Both mean "don't f*ck around," "don't be a jerkoff," "holy sh*t!", "pull your head out of your ass," "get outta here!," etc. Basically, exclamations of incredulity.

In talking to some mexican friends, I am not sure I believe the other explanations for "no manches". I think it means "really, "you don't say", or "no sh*t" ps. I DO know american slang real well.
