    maybe the full context will help:

    Y si reparan en quienes firman este Estudio – Catálogo, verán que están las tres que se lo han trabajado desde la quilla a la perilla.

    meaning that 'the ones that have signed the Catalog are those who have worked it thoroughly'

    I guess the phrase would translate as "from stem to stern". But should this refer to a project and not a boat, I think I'd go with "from the ground up"

    Estoy de acuerdo con Laurinha, "de punta a punta". También podría ser "de principio a fin" > from beginning to end. What do you think?
