    Default Acaso

    Hola amig@s

"Do you even care about my opinion?"

    Saludos!!

"Do you at least care about my opinion?" sería otra opción.

Si, creo que ambas podrían usarse "even" y "at least".

Do you care about my opinion, anyways?

    O en el mismo lugar??

    Saludos!!

Do you even care about my opinion? (You should care, but you probably don't.)
Do you at least care about my opinion? (You don't do other things I want you to, so do you at a minimum care about my opinion?)

Do you care about my opinion anyway? (Something happened which leads me to believe that you wouldn't logically care about my opinion, but I'm wondering if you care about my opinion despite what happened and the likely outcome that you don't care about my opinion.)

Anyway, do you care about my opinion? (We were talking about something else and I changed the topic of conversation to my question about my opinion.)

This is really hard to describe well.

Also, anyway and anyways are the same, but anyways sounds less formal to me. I imagine you wouldn't see it in print.

I think Maria conveyed the slightly different meanings very clearly, thank you so much!
