"Ya hay que hacer algo, ?No?" = "Now something must be done, right?"

in meaning.

FAMILIAR OR SOCIAL "reportate" is used to ask someone too stay in touch, similar to saying "Call me or write me at least once a day, once a year, once a month..."

BOSS or WIFE or MOTHER "reportate" is also used in an imperative way for those who owe you something, communication you have been expecting, urgency to clear something up, "I need you to call me" "I need to talk to you" or "We need to talk"

(slang reportate) = put in a little bit more than usual, example "leave a bigger tip" or "put more cheese on the nachos"

Sorry, I think there is a misunderstanding between reportate and comportate, the later means behave yourself
