I can't either. A "levant" is a French sailor shirt as best I know. Give us a bit more to go on. Where did it come from?

They were comments left on photos of my friend and i, she is from columbia and i think the person that left the comments is also from there... as far as i know levant is the word used to refer to countries in the middle east...

It's quite possible that the word is misspelled and what it should say is levante. In which case it could mean "picked up" as in "I picked up a girl at the party last night".
