I can't either. A "levant" is a French sailor shirt as best I know. Give us a bit more to go on. Where did it come from?

It's quite possible that the word is misspelled and what it should say is levante. In which case it could mean "picked up" as in "I picked up a girl at the party last night".

So my attempt to translate it would be:

Did you pick up someone?

Oh yeah you did, why don't you answer eh?

Confirmed

The context of the picture should let you know if this translation is correct.

My interpretation is very close to that of Michelleba.
un levant o q = is this a pick up or what
uff si un levant por q no contas ha = oh, if it is a pick up, why don't you tell about it
confirmado = confirmed
