Smile Need help with a very short text message

The context is about some self portraits I took.

En donde te las tomas.

Even though there's no question mark, I think it's a question.

I'm pretty sure it says "where do you take them"

I have a couple questions I was hoping someone could also answer:

What is the difference between "en donde" and "de donde". In this case, would saying "de donde" be incorrect?

Is the "te" there to signify myself? "where did you take the photos (of yourself)."

Thanks for helping!

I think your translation is pretty good

"en donde" means a place
Ex. "En donde estan mis llaves?" - "Where are my keys?"

"de donde" means somewhere in the past
Ex. "De donde vienes?" - "Where did you come from?"

The "te" refers to "you" in the phrase ""where do you take them"

that's not accurate, unless you're Doc or McFly from back to the future!

"De donde vienes" denotes place, not time.
