Hi, I need help understading the word saneamiento in this context.
I'm torn between cleared or treated but I'm not sure if either are correct. Thanks. las comunidades indígenas están desde hace años dedicados a defender sus tierras y territorios que están ya saneadas sigue en disputa entre indígenas y ganaderos espacios territoriales en los que aún no se ha podido avanzar en el proceso de saneamiento y titulación. |

Gee, I'm guessing, but saneamiento is the process of clearing title, and you're talking about indigenas, so I think for United States English I'd use reserved and reserving for saneada y saneamiento if the title is being cleared in the indians' favor.
