Hi, I need help understading the word saneamiento in this context.
I'm torn between cleared or treated but I'm not sure if either are correct. Thanks.

Gee, I'm guessing, but saneamiento is the process of clearing title, and you're talking about indigenas, so I think for United States English I'd use reserved and reserving for saneada y saneamiento if the title is being cleared in the indians' favor.
