I have a translation program which isn't very good.

acabo de leerlo casi no entendi lo q me quizo decir .?

vi las fotos y lei el mensaje casi no lo entendi?.

So now you have a translator who doesn't understand the first line, so take it with a grain of salt. But someone will come along and correct me - I hope:

I think Gernt (hi Gernt!) has got it. My version is almost the same:

hola ya recibi las fotografias de eldi le q si estoy interesada ?
Hola. Ya recibí las fotografias de él. Dile que sí estoy interesada.
Hi. I already received the photos of him. Tell him that I am interested.

Acabo de leerlo. Casi no entendí lo que me quiso decir.
I just finished reading it. I could barely understand what he wanted to tell me.

I saw the photos and read the message. I could barely understand it.

I'm not sure what to make of the periods paired with question marks. These don't seem to be questions.

In the absence of punctuation and diacritical markings, we have to make some guesses, but for the first one I would have said:

I got his pictures. Tell him, yes, I'm interested.

For the other two, gernt has given the best options, in my opinion.

Hi Maria. It was the question mark that threw me off. I don't know why. It didn't bother me on the other two.
