Hi...is there an equivalent word for HCM (Hospitalización, Cirugía y Maternidad)?... It is a type of insurance...

"Hospitalization, surgery and maternity" is literal and may be the most accurate answer if my idea below doesn't work. You might consider using "labor and delivery" instead of "maternity", since L&D is a more current term.

However, at least in the US, there is a type of health insurance called "major medical", and HCM sounds like a pretty close equivalent. You may want to doublecheck online what major medical does and doesn't cover, and see whether that term will work for your purposes. If you can accurately use an equivalent term for the insurance, even though it's not a translation of the words, the result will sound much more natural.
