I'd say:

"Gestor de la propiedad inmobiliaria"

Hmmm. I guess I am one, so maybe I ought to weigh in. A manager of real estate accounts can be a:

Gerente de Cuentas Inmobiliarias

Or is this property something else? For example, I really wouldn’t call myself by that title because it implies we sell houses. We don’t. We sell wooded property that we own. Maybe I'm a Gerente de Cuentas de Terrenos. Also, it depends where you are. Real estate is bienes raices or bienes y raices in the new world. In Spain, they don't know what that means. You have to say inmuebles. So it would help to know the context and what country it was aimed at.

I think some context here would be useful. The kind of property is not readily apparent from the mere position name.

For instance, in the insurance lingo "Property" is used in Spanish as "Patrimonial".

Hence, the translation would be "Gerente de Cuentas Patrimoniales"
