Well, that is the way they all are, mine (referring to a woman) picks fights with me as she thinks I like another chick...

Y lo peor es que la otra que ella cree, es mas juiciosa que quien sabe que"

And the worst is that the other one (referring to a woman), she (I guess that is you) is thinking about, is more sensible/has a better head on her shoulders than one can imagine...

PS. If he is cheating I don't want to stay!!!!!!!! thanks again

Really, there is no direct sign of cheating here. he seems to talk to somebody, but I guess that cannot be called cheating..
    My suggestion: take it easy.

I really wouldn't use this notes to accuse him of cheating. It seems to me that his cousin was telling him something about his girlfriend and maybe your boyfriend just happened to be upset because you were jealous.
    Here is my translation:

"Pues asi son todas, la mia anda de pelea conmigo, porque piensa que yo ando pendiente de otra"
Well, that's the way all of them are (he is talking about women), mine (he is talking about you) is mad at me because she thinks that I'm paying attention to somebody else.

Y lo peor es que la otra que ella cree, es mas juiciosa que quien sabe que"
And the worse part is that the woman that she is suspicious of, is more level headed (quiet) than God knows who (instead of "who" he uses "what" but it doesn't sound right to me).

    Good luck!!!
