    Default "ruedas del carro de triunfo": translation?

    Is this phrase an idiomatic expression: "ruedas del carro de triunfo"?

    I'm translating a feature article and I don't know how to translate the above phrase well. The whole sentence in Spanish reads: "La oracion y el sufrimiento han sido las ruedas del carro de triunfo de esta mujer."

    Buenas,

    Efectivamente, esta expresión es un tanto especial.

    Lo que queire decir es que, gracias a la oración y el sufrimiento, esta mujer ha podido alcanzar cierto triunfo.

    Esta expresión no tiene nada que ver con las "ruedas de molino" que a veces se utilizan.


    "La oracion y el sufrimiento han sido las ruedas del carro de triunfo de esta mujer."

    Una traducción aproximada: Her prayers & suffering led her to success.

    Los nativos deberán acabar de pulirla.
