Default what do you think "MANGA" means here?

I am not sure how to tranlate it...
here goes my try:

Furthermore, the livestock farming has a predominant place in the complex, using about 1.100 ha of soil which are not suitable for agriculture. The complex counts with a high level infraestructure which allows the rear of 1.500 young bulls, with farmyards, a cattle trough, watering places, internal ballast paths which enable to reach every place and pick up the crops easily and fastly in any season of the year, and three complete farmyards located in diferent strategic spots to avoid long movings of the animals.

Creo que mangas completas = full-length cattle chutes y balastro = gravel.

I proofread your attempt and made some changes for an easier read. The word manga is pasadizo para conducir el ganado.

The farming complex has a high level infrastructure with pens, and feeding and watering troughs that allow for the rearing of 1,500 young bulls. Gravel paths allow easy year-round access to all places in the complex including the fields at harvest time. Three passageways, located at different strategic locations, prevent delays in moving the animals through the complex.

Regards.

I didn't take the time to do it right, and that sounds perfect. But, at least in the United States, as best I know (and I live in a rural area) fenced passageways for cattle are usually referred to as "chutes". See for example, http://education.yahoo.com/reference...uZxKrpzDb_s8sF and http://www.cdc.gov/nasd/docs/d001701...0/d001710.html . I don't know about other countries.

I love on-line collaboration and your suggestion is superlative. Then Ceciyjuani should go with the more specialized term which is cattle chutes. She'll have a translation that is clearer. So, the recommendation from gernt and Jyoti is the following:
The farming complex has a high level infrastructure with pens, and feeding and watering troughs that allow for the rearing of 1,500 young bulls. Gravel paths allow easy year-round access to all places in the complex including the fields at harvest time. Three cattle chutes, located at different strategic locations, prevent delays in moving the animals through the complex.
