Is this correct?


my translation:
In the department of Soriano, near Route 12, in the km 87, stands the Agroindustrial complex “Santa Emilia”.

the original text:
En el departamento de Soriano, sobre la Ruta 12 Km 87 se encuentra el complejo agroindustrial “Santa Emilia”.

I know that usually departamento is translated as department when it refers to political regions in Central and South America, and I'd think se encuentra could be translated lots of ways. But stands fits very well.
