Default Aplazar - put off or put back?

Espero haber aclarado algo.

Remember to put back / to delay the meeting because not everyone will have arrived at eight o'clock.

postpone, put off,... y una vez iniciado ..... adjourn

    Saludos,

    aplazar
    (=posponer)
(reunión, juicio) (antes de iniciarse) to postpone, to put back, (ya iniciado) to adjourn
    (pago) to defer
han aplazado el examen al martes - they have postponed the exam until Tuesday, they have put the exam back until Tuesday
ha aplazado su decisión hasta su regreso - he has postponed (put off) the decision until his return
