al estilo portfolio (producciones fotográficas)
Hola a todos,
Me gustaría su opinión sobre cuál es la mejor traducción al inglés de: La realización girará conceptualmente desde el documental “sucio”, cámara en mano, hasta pasar por producciones hiper-cuidadas al estilo Portfolio. La mía es: Conceptually, the production will range from rough documentary and hand-held camera, to very meticulous portfolio style productions. La parte que más me preocupa es la del portfolio, porque no estoy segura si en inglés tiene la misma acepción que en español como "producción fotográfica", pero si le encuentran más errores las correcciones serán bienvenidas. ¡Gracias! |

Su traducción es buena sin cambios. Estoy tratando de presentarme si tenia la habilidad de hacer esta traducción - usando cambios en rojo como he visto en otros partes del foro. “Hyper-“ es entendido en America y común ahora. No la uso porque usualmente vamos a usar una raya también entre portfolio y style, y meticulous funciona. |

Poor gernt. No, gernt, saying "en rojo" is OK - she means the phrase she wrote in red:
No la uso?? porque usualmente vamos a usar una raya también entre portfolio y style, y meticulous funciona. You should say: No uso "Hyper-" porque generalmente se usa una raya también entre portfolio y style, y meticulous queda bien/funciona bien. It wasn't THAT bad  |

Payita, I thank you, but Exx, I thank you too. And this whole thread and the others in which I have posted are going to my teacher who will add further corrections and comments. But that's how I learn. It was a BIG step for me to attempt any translation. Pero todos aprendemos por hacer, ¿no? Si no hay errores, no vamos a aprender. |
