Pido disculpas por que estoy empezando pediendo ayuda
No s� si alguien puede ayudarme con la traducci�n de lo siguiente:

pero ponen como condici�n la distribuci�n total e internacional en base a una cesi�n de la licencia para su fabricaci�n

Qu� os parece esto:
however making it conditional to the complete international distribution based on a license transfer for its manufacturing and distribution

A mi, su traducci�n suena como escrita originalmente en ingl�s. Pero no entiendo el uso de transfer para cesi�n. Estoy seguro es correcto, solo no puedo entenderlo.

Hi friends I like Frank´s contribution but I would us ethe word "assignment"

Assigment of License for their manufacturing

I guess I was thinking in terms of "surrender". But sometimes the nuance depends on something two paragraphs before. Anyway, I'm not at a level I can do that stuff.

I agree with Hebe, I think that "assignment" is the legal term for "cesi�n".
