A girl from Salvador mentioned a word that sounded like "khokha". I am probably wrong since I really forgot, but is there any word that sounds similar to Khokha which is also a vulgar word for vagina?

The word you are looking for is: chocho
Yes, vulgar for vagina, and pronounced with the ch in Nacho

Yes Adam. The correct spelling would be cuca. And it is a vulgar way of saying vagina. The other word you also mentioned is another vulgar way to say it. And it does have the nacho sound, and if she's from El Salvador then the word she was using is chocha with an "a" at the end. I hope not to offend anyone, as I'm just explaining the word, pronounciation and spelling.

There you are, Cuca, in Spain is friendly and short for a woman's name: Pilar. Stunning! In Spain we do ot use the feminine form of chocha, we use the masculine form: chocho, and yes, it has the ch like in Nacho (which in Spain sounds stronger than sh)

Slang is always funny, no matter what language! I have a friend from Argentina, who uses the word chocha/chocho to mean overly happy or super happy! The first time I heard her say "mira a Marcos, esta chocho!", I almost fainted!!!! But then she explained the meaning, which made me laugh and relax at the same time. There was another word, cachucha (which in El Salvador means hat/cap ie. baseball hat) but to her it meant vagina!!! Goodness!
