Les parece correcto traducir secreto industrial como industrial secret o les parece más apropiado utilizar trade secret?

Hola! Yo usaría cualquiera de los dos, pero en lugar de "secret" usaría "secrecy".

How about secreto de comercio for trade secret? or comercio oculto? Quizas es una frase que no se puede traducir en espanol.

At first glance, "commercial and industrial secrecy" seem more common in Europe, and "trade secrecy" in the USA. "Trade secret" is just one instance of "trade secrecy" in general.
