Default Cancelación de sellos

Hi everyone! This is very important, really important. I need to find the EXACT words in English to say this. I have like 10 possible translations but I need the way natives say it, so, could you please help me with this.

Cancelación de Sellos (Issuance, Emission, Release, Launching)
Emisión Postal Conjunta Joint Postal Emission/Issue...
Firma de Sellos ( I think this is pretty much the same but I want to be reallyyyyyyy sure about this)
Also, the cancelación is not only stamps (sellos) but also covers (sobre)...postal would refer to both as in Joint postal....???
This is a very important translation for me (and for lots of people as well)

There, I posted my attempts too. I don't want to be a bad example for the community and don't my own work!!!!

I have found this in wikipedia
Quote:

A joint issue is the release of stamps or postal stationery by two or more countries to commemorate the same topic, event or person of relevance to both ...
en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Joint_issue - 1
So, this is Emisión Conjunta???? Natives, please confirm!!!

and also this
Quote:

Australia Post released a number of stamp issues to commemorate the bicentenary of white settlement on 26 January 1988. Joint issue stamps were released ...
australianscreen.com.au/titles/australia-post-joint-stamp/ -

It means I should use "were released"???'

Frank, Vicente, Thomas, my friends...I really need your help on this!!!

Hi Sandra:

I'm not a philatelist but I believe your translation is accurate:

Emisión Conjunta- Joint Issue

Cancelación de sellos- Issuance-release of stamps

You can say "were released" or "were issued" if you are referring to stamps. Depending on how your sentence is constructed, "released" might be better in order to avoid repetition of "issue". Both phrases mean the same and are equally appropriate.

Example of a joint issue:
