Hola Diego.

Hope it helps

I think for “sociedad mutua” you should drop the “limited”
the “limited” means a limitation of the responsibility.

Sociedad anómina
means no person is liable for the company.
therefore this responsibility is limited.
in USA : public corporation
in UK : public limited company
in UK also : limited (liability) company.

You are not a "wise guy" Frank you are a man of wisdom
As regards the notion of the word "limited", based on your comment there seems to be a significant difference between the UK legislation and the Venezuelan legislation. In Venezuela the liability of "sociedades anónimas" is unlimited, as opposed to Sociedad de Responsabilidad Limitada; who in the event of contingency will only be liable for up to a limited amount established in the Venezuelan Code of Commerce. In both cases the Company is responsible under a (unlimited or limited) liability. Conversely, Limited Partnerships (comanditas) bear no liability because they do not have juridical personality (status), therefore their responsibilities lie in the head of their partners.

Best regards
