As a title; "Economic History and Policy". If it is indeed a title, there may be slightly more ambiguity but it is less clumsy than in Spanish. Is it about economic history and the history of economic policy making and policies or just the "a history of economic policy"?

to be honest, I chose Exxcentrica's version. Actually the name of the subject is HISTORIA ECONOMICA Y DE LAS POLITICA ECONOMICAS , that is to say, ECONOMIC HISTORY AND ECONOMIC POLICIES OR HISTORY OF ECONOMICS AND ECONOMIC POLICIES, the latter is the one i chose. i emailed my client and asked your same question, but he only replied the name as it was. He did not give any further explanation, so i opted to pick Exx's version which i considered quite appropriate. I'm sorry not to be able to answer your question.
