Hola chicos:
La traducción de las siglas es todo un tema. Que me aconsejan ustedes?: El Estado y el reaseguro en la Argentina de postguerra: la experiencia del Instituto Mixto Argentino de Reaseguros (IMAR) The State and reinsurance in postwar Argentina:
The Argentine Mixed Institute of Reinsurance experience (IMAR) 1946-1952. Una pregunta mas : la ley madre del seguro argentino = the mother law of Argentine insurance?? Muchas gracias. DIEGO |

Hola Diego! Estoy de acuerdo con tu traducción...ya que el instituto es de Argentina, no es muy probable que haya un nombre oficial en inglés, así que se dejaría las siglas en español, y como ya hiciste, hay que dar una traducción adecuada del instituto. En cuánto a tu otra pregunta...mejor esperamos a alguien más para contestar!

Hola Diego. otra opción sería Argentina’s Insurance Master Law .
Creo que es lo que en mi país llamamos Ley Orgánica (la ley con mas prelación o jerarquía en una materia determinada Espero haberte ayudado en algo

Otra cosita Diego, yo no pondría "The Argentine Mixed Institute of Reinsurance experience" (IMAR) porque da la impresión que la palabra experience forma parte del nombre del Instituto. Creo que es mas conveniente escribir: The experience of the Argentine Mixed Institute of Reinsurance (IMAR) "

It is my opinion that the "Instituto Mixto Argentino de Reaseguros (IMAR)" should not be translated, as it is the name of the institution. The acronym "IMAR" should not be translated either. I hope this helps! Kelly Last edited by kellymellars : 04-04-2008 at 11:49 PM. |
