Moradores, that's a word I haven't heard in a while. I agree with the suggestions of using the words residents and inhabitants. If it is in a house I would definitively say residents, if it is in a city I would say inhabitants, but they are interchangeable. You could also use the word "dwellers" as in: "incomodando a sus moradores" making its dwellers uncomfortable inconveniencing its dwellers cheers!
