Hello, I can usually work the translation out with an online translator and then reworking that result with a dictionary on an individual word basis. However, I am having some trouble with this one. Could someone make sense of this for me? thankyou I would appreciate it.

Y ACERCA DE EL "CAHOOO" DISCULPAME, YO POR LO GENERAL ME DESPIDO ASI, PERO NO LO VUEVO A SER PARA QUE NO TE CONFUNDAS OK?. Y DIME CUANDO PIENSAS VENIR A COLOMBIA....? CHAO, CUIDATE MUCHO

"Hi, Scott, of course I would like to be able to go out with you and get to know each other. I don't speak English very well, but I can defend myself a bit. And about the "CAHOOO", sorry, I don't normally say goodbye like that, but I won't do it again to not confuse you, ok? And tell me when you are thinking of coming to Colombia...? Bye, take care.

PERO NO LO VUEVO A SER PARA QUE NO TE CONFUNDAS OK

Hi, this should read:

..no lo vuelvo a hacer...

I won't do it again, as scott has already translated.

....oh, I forgot to add this. I am learning Spanish now, but I struggle with what my American brain deems to be inconsistencies in the language, and further exacerbated by possible spelling issues when nimble fingers are flying over the keyboard. For example, this individual signed off in one letter with the word "Chaooo", and the next letter with "Chaoo". I suppose the second one is more correct because I have never witnessed three vowels in any word, but still, what does "Chaoo" mean. She said she would show mercy and not use it again, but nevertheless, what does it mean?

"Chao" (which is pronounced like "chow" in English) is just a South American variant on "ciao" and is used commonly for informal goodbyes.

I just realized that in the original she said "I normally say goodbye that way..." I made it negative for no reason. Sorry about that.

Yes, "Chao" is "Bye", so she wrote byeee...
unlike the Italian Ciao, this chao is used to say good-bye, as Scott explained. We use it all the time.

Hi! In Spanish we say "Chau" and sometimes its sounds like "chao". But I agree with Scott when he said it is taken from the Italian word "Ciao". The additional vowels as in "Chauuu" or "Chaooo" are added to make it funnier, they don´t mean anything else. AS Sandra said, is like saying byeee... It makes no difference to use one vowel or many vowels.

Byeee!!
