hi, it's just two questions:

"¿Ustedes les informaron que ya no tenemos empleados en Chicago?" is it ok to say: "Did you inform them that we no longer have employees in Chicago?"

and... ¿Pudieran uds encargarse de pagarlo por nosotros? Could you pay it for us? Could you take upon the payment for us?????

I would say it like this

Ya les informaron que ya no tenemos empleados en Chicago?

Podrian hacer el pago udstedes por nosotros?

You already have translations beside the spanish sentence. The translations is perfect I wouldn't change anything.

Were you informed that we no longer have employees in Chicago?
Could you make the payment for us?

Your original translations were not wrong.

Hi! I would say that the translation of the first sentence is good. But I'd rather use the first translation of the second sentence: "Could you pay it for us?"
