Default article on 'los gitanos'

hi all,
I am trying to find an interesting substantial article (about 3000 words) dealing in some way with 'los gitanos' in spain. I want to translate it for a project. I am not having any luck doing internet searches. Does anyone know where i could find a good article?? Failing that , perhaps one on immigrants in spain??
THanks very much for any help,
Kathryn

Default gitanos

i did a project similar to yours in University. There is a ton of information, and a lot of tall tales and urban legend, on flamenco sites and boards. There is also a book entitled Los Gitanos de Espana by Bernard Leblon. As far as articles, this one is worth a look:

Hope this helps. Whats up with your name though??
