Default Correct ending for Encantado, Bienvenido

Hi.
Am unsure of the correct endings for Encantado and Bienvenido.

Is ending based on the subject (who is talking) or the object (who is being greeted)?

If it is the object (who is being greeted), then if woman, it would be Encantada and Bienvenida, correct?
For man, then Encantado and Bienvenido?
If group of women, then Encantadas and Bienvenidas?
Group of men or mixed, then Encantados and Bienvenidos?
Thx.
Bob

Actually, ENCANTADO takes the gender of the subject (YOU are *delighted* to meet someone)

and BIENVENIDO takes the gender of the OBJECT (you are welcoming SOMEONE)

Hope it helps!

Hi! I agree with Victoria. When a person says "Encantada/o" is talking about herself/himself. So, if the subject is a woman, she says "Encantada" and a man says "Encantado". But when you say "Bienvenido/a/s" you are saying something to other people (Welcome). In this case, it depends on the object:
"Bienvenido" when talking to a man, "Bienvenida" when talking to a woman, "Bienvenidos" when there are many people and "Bienvenidas" when there are many women.

Regards,

M
