Default hospital names

I just have a general question for you all. I am working on a document that references several different hospitals (in Spanish) and I was wondering if it is necessary to translate the names of hospitals or if they are left as they are in Spanish. What do you think??? Thanks!

Default Castellano o ingles?

Yo no se lo que piensan otras personas del foro, pero yo me inclinaria a poner los nombres de los hospitales en el idioma original. Esto es por una razon practica: si el ingles-hablante necesitase llamar al pais de habla hispana y hablar con el hospital, puede darle esa informacion directa al interprete y asi evitaria confusiones. En mi trabajo de interprete a veces tengo que llamar a hospitales de sudamerica o Espana y es mucho mas practico cuando el nombre me lo dan en castellano.
