Default Verb Help

I have a hard time the the Verbs in Spanish.
Such as Tomar.
If I had written it n a sentence I wouldn't know how to change it. I know you have to change it depended on who you were talking to.

Could someone help me with what to put at the end of the verb depending on who you're talking to?
