is that sentence ok?
can i say “how do you be”?
i saw on google that it’s used.

No its not the same meaning.

To be quietly confident is a skill somebody has.

Es como decir que alguien tiene confianza en algo pero al mismo tiempo no sea como 100% positivo.

por ejemplo: I am quietly confident it will not rain today, because the report in the weather said there is a 20% chance of rain; but i can see many clouds forming.

The sentance ”how do you be quietly confident?” makes sense yes.

How do you be?, is not an exact translation. To be ''quietly confident'' means you are fairly certain of something but you are not 100% sure, or you are simply not ''big headed'' or over confident.
