    Default Financial terminology

    Hi everyone!

I'm facing some translation issues with one term and an expression, from English to Spanish, and I was wondering if you could help me out.

The term I'm having doubts with is "completeness" and the two possible translations I have for it are: "completitud" and "compleción." Which one should I go for?

The expression is "critical spreadsheet." After researching, I couldn't find any equivalent in the target language. I did find, however, different ways of paraphrasing the idea such as: planilla contable, hoja de cálculos crítica, planilla importante.

    Any ideas?

    Many thanks in advance!

"planilla crítica", "planilla importante"..these are synonyms that depend on the context, and what to emphasise.
As for "completitud" and "compleción", same story:

...Even though "Compleción" is a little more general, because it also includes the action and effect of completing, not only the quality of being whole.

Hi agustinab! The most accurate way to translate "critical spreadsheet" would be "planilla crítica". Think that, in many cases, the financial documents are related to management indicators or command board indicators, so the word "critical" would work better.
