as per Cambridge:
empanada f 1. GASTR pie (usually containing meat or tuna); dulce de leche: I have seen it like "sweet milk", I think in the US they have something similar which they call "caramel" I suggest you don't translate Ravioles and Ñóquis , both are italian dishes and I believe they are known by their names in Italian. the other two words, I do not know what they mean. hope it helps! |

Um, mvictoria, my post gave a link to a site in English for recipes for Ñoquis Night in Houston. I'd say more we rarely use that word. And it is often misspelled gnocchis.
